Mission
Walk with ME™ is connection and inspiration for the spirit, soul, and body for women in every season of life. Whether single, married, working, raising a family, or enjoying grandchildren, our soul longs for connection. Our hope is to celebrate personal achievements together, through the refreshing of our mental and physical energy as we literally take a 30-minute walk while enjoying an enlightening and encouraging conversation.
To walk with a person as they navigate life’s challenges is a privilege, it can help ease a challenging journey. As we walk individually in our neighborhood or park, Walk with ME is a connection point for people on a journey endeavoring to maintain or improve their health while gaining core strength for the spirit and soul.
The ME of Walk with ME is an acronym for More than Enough. We believe that the power and ability that you possess is More than Enough for this moment in your life and the mountains ahead. You are equipped with a power within to thrive in any season. We are honored to walk with you as you grow stronger, Spirit, Soul, & Body.
ME - “More than Enough” is the trademark brand of Walk with ME founder, Brenda Teele who believes every person is equipped with all they need to find success. We all have More than Enough, we just have to identify, embrace, and develop our strengths.
About Me
Brenda Teele is the founder of ME More than Enough. She recently, expanded the brand to include Walk with ME, a podcast made for people who are physically walking alone to find community and inspiration from others sharing stories about their walk on the road of life.
A 25 year veteran in the television industry, Brenda Teele began her television news career in Baltimore, Maryland after graduating Howard University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She worked her way up in the industry to become an Emmy award winning news writer in Los Angeles and ultimately a news anchor in the Dallas Fort Worth market. She became a part of the Dallas/Fort Worth community in 1995 and has enjoyed on-air positions at WFAA-TV, NBC5, CBS11, ABC Radio Networks, and KKDA-Radio.
In 2007, Brenda stepped away from her on-air position as co-host of Good Morning Texas to help run the family real estate title insurance business; but maintained an on-air presence in the DFW market as a freelancer. She also judged the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader auditions for several years, including this year.
In 2018, the Los Angeles, California native made the bold decision to return to full-time anchoring. The choice took Brenda and two of her three sons to Shreveport, Louisiana. The oldest at the time was a sophomore at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
She’s now back in Dallas and enjoying her new season. Brenda and her sons are members of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church in Dallas.
